This week’s Joy Global Athlete of the Week is Carbon High School track member Sarah Ohlwiler.
Ohlwiler took first place in the girls’ 100 meter hurdles at Carbon’s home track meet, the 2016 Eastern Utah Farm Bureau championships, on Friday, beating the meet record with a time of 15.59.
Ohlwiler also took first in the girls’ 100 meter sprints and the girls’ long jump.
Ohlwiler and the Dino track team will compete at the region 12 championship on may 11 and 12.
