1 injured in motorcycle, car collision in Price

A 69-year old man was taken to the hospital after the Honda motorcycle he was riding collided with a passenger car just after 9 a.m. Tuesday morning in Price.
According to Price Police reports the rider of the motorcycle, Ray Michael Labahn of Price was conscious and alert but complained of pelvis and hip pain, and was transported by ambulance to Castleview Hospital. He was wearing a helmet when the accident occurred.
Price Police Chief Kevin Drolc said the collision happened just south of Main Street on 700 East when a northbound Buick sedan driven by 85-year old Elva Leora Hansen of Elmo attempted to turn left into a bank parking lot, but failed to yield to the oncoming southbound motorcycle. She was uninjured, but was issued a citation.
