Gayle Stewart Faison

Gayle Stewart Faison, age 94, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015 in Elmo, Utah.
She was born March 13, 1921 in Butte, Montana to Lee Howard and Margarette Roach Stewart.  Gayle attended grade school in Butte, Montana and after the death of her parents she lived in various foster homes in Sego, Moab, Salt Lake City and Ogden.
Gayle graduated from high school in 1939 and married Ernest Belovosky in 1941.  They had one son prior to their divorce.  Later married Homer Lee Faison in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 26, 1972.  He passed away on November 25, 1987.
Gayle was a longtime resident of Santa Monica, California prior to moving to Price in 2013 to live with her niece.  Due to an illness and failing health she moved to the BeeHive Home in Elmo where she remained until the time of her passing.
Survivors include her nieces, Karma Gunter, Riverton; Margene Hackney, Price; nephew, Kit Butcher, Washington State; cousin, Mary Lee Adams, Overland Park, Kansas; and several grandnephews and nieces.  She will be greatly missed.
Preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Belovosky; brother, Howard Stewart; sisters, Margaret Stewart Vickers, Nancy June Butcher; nephews, Allen and Howard Stewart; and a niece, Frona Garrison.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at the BeeHive in Elmo especially Lisa for their loving care.  Also a special thanks to Symbii Home Health and Hospice, Dr. Cameron Williams, Dr. Nickolas Hanson and his nurses for the excellent care they provided Gayle when she first to Price.
A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, 12:00 noon, at the Price City Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Gayle online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
