20 competitors gathered Saturday night for the 2nd Annual Lunatic Horseshoe Tournament at Washington Park. Horseshoe Director Rochelle Badback stated “I really love this tournament, with both the triathlon and horseshoe tournament it brings such an exciting atmosphere to the park at night. I would really like to see more activities going on in conjunction with the Lunatic like a basketball or tennis tournament.”
Next up for horseshoe enthusiasts is 4th of July Energy Days. A competition will be held on Saturday at the Carbon County Fairgrounds. Registration starts at 3 pm and tournament to start at 4 pm. Cost is $10 per team. Contact Rochelle at 820-6636 for further information.
