Terrie Leigh Wright (1955 – 2018)

Ferron, Utah: Terrie Wright age 62 passed away at her home on August 18, 2018. She was born on October 13, 1955 in Price, UT to Terry and LuPreal Childs Christman. She married her sweetheart Ken Wright on August 30, 1974. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti temple on April 20, 1996.
Terrie lived in Dugway, Utah until she was nine when her dad passed away. Her family then moved back to Orangeville. Terrie went back to school in 1990 were she graduated as an RN. She worked at Castleview Hospital in the ER until she got a job at the SEUDHD where she worked until she retired as the Emergency Response Coordinator. Terrie loved helping people and was always willing to help anyone in need. She was a member of the LDS church; she had a strong testimony and loved the gospel. Terrie loved horses and she spent most of life working with or helping others work with horses. She loved her family so much and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She will be so missed and remembered for her kind nature and loving attitude.
She is survived by her husband Ken, her children Laura (Tyler) Axtell, Kenna (Kathy) California, Jake (Aimee) Herriman; grandchildren Clayton and Conner Lister, Brooklynn, Gavin and Morgan Wright, Zack and Pete Hansen. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held on August 24, 2018 at 11:00 at the Ferron LDS Church on the hill (2nd North State Street). Viewing will be prior to the funeral at 10:00.
