He was born May 7, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lawrence R. and E. Fern Martin Stock.
Funeral services are currently pending at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price, Utah. Interment will follow in the Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery in Taylorsville, Utah.
