    CARBONVILLE-Frank Ray Walker, 73, passed away October 19, 2017 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
    He was born on October 28, 1943 in Price, Utah to the late John Ralph Walker and Hazel Milano Snyder.
    Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018, 10:00 a.m., at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price.  Family will receive friends at Mitchell’s Saturday one hour prior to service.  Interment will be in the Price City Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Frank online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
