Rossier to speak at March 29 BEAR meeting

    Julie Rossier, the Community Services Program Manager at the Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments, will be the speaker at the Business Expansion and Retention general meeting on March 29 at the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center in the Alumni Room on the USU Eastern Campus in Price.
    The program will  be the second installment in a three-part presentation she is doing over two months concerning the Carbon County Circles Program, an initiative to reduce intergenerational poverty in the area.
    The Circles Program is a partner-based program.
    BEAR’s mission is to inform, grow and improve business in the Castle Country area.     
    The meeting will start at 8 a.m. and light refreshments will be served.
