A Colorado man was killed Tuesday and three others were injured when the SUV they were riding in rolled on I-70 about ten miles west of Green River.
The Utah Highway Patrol reported the black Hyundai SUV was traveling west when the vehicle went off the left side of the highway, came back on the interstate and rolled approximately four times before coming to a rest on its top.
The UHP said the adult male passenger was killed during the crash and the other occupants, an adult female driver and two small children were transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado in stable condition.
According to the police report, all occupants were properly restrained and impairment does not appear to be a factor.
The family is from Colorado. No names were released.
