William “Bill” LeRoy Manchester

COLUMBIA- William “Bill” LeRoy Manchester, age 76, passed away January 31, 2018 at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital in Provo.
    He was born August 9, 1941 in Price, Utah to Maurice and Ruth Bottorff Manchester.
    Married Alberta Kimber in 1964 in Columbia, Utah.
    Bill served honorably in the US Navy for 6 years.
    He is survived by his wife, Alberta; sons, Gregg B. Manchester, Brigham City, Utah, Scott B. (Tracy) Manchester, Sunnyside, Utah.
    Graveside service was Saturday, February 3, 2018, 11:00 a.m., Price City Cemetery.  Family received friends Friday evening at Mitchell Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
