Huntington – Frances Jayne Handley (91), passed away November 20, 2017 in Price, Utah. Francy was born November 19, 1926 in Needles, California to Walter Andrews & Uphamia Baxter (Gunderson).
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Huntington Stake Center. Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. prior to services.
