Carbon County Animal Shelter’s director/animal control officer, Doreen McCourt, was honored on Wednesday May 17 with the Appreciation for Service Award for her dedication and service on the board. The award was presented by the Utah Animal Control Officers Association President Justin Hatch, Vice President Pam Rasmussen, and Kim Wilcox.
