Noleena Denison and her husband, Don, stand in front of the mural she painted for the children’s room in the new Price City Library Annex Monday. Noleena explained that she wanted to paint “something for the children to enjoy, to get them outside in nature.” She chose a little boy fishing and a young girl with a book and flowers. She also added “lots of little critters” that youngsters could identify. The annex project has involved a host of supporters, including city employees, library board members and citizen volunteers.
