On March 9, 10, and 11, Carbon FFA went to the 89th Utah FFA State Convention. Dallen Tweddell and Jace Draper competed in Agriscience Fair. Mia McCourt and Alexandra Carmichael represented the county by competing in the Creed Speaking Contest. Chance LeCheminant double-qualified for the Farm Bureau Discussion Meet, and Extemp Speaking contest.
Students also got to tour a dairy farm at the convention. They listened to many memorable speeches and participated in other the events as well. Everyone had a good time and were grateful for this opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime.
