WELLINGTON-Leona May Cook, age 63, passed away February 11, 2017 in Price.
She was born June 26, 1953 in Vernal, Utah to Alvin and Ona Givens Allen.
Leona is survived by her daughter, Emilee; granddaughter, Shaunna; one sister and three brothers, Geraldine, James, Benny and Rex.
