This week’s Joy Global Athlete of the week is Pinnacle Canyon Academy High School basketball player Levi Rutherford.
Rutherford, a senior, led the panthers to their second win of the season on Tuesday scoring 20 of the team’s 79 points. He scored two three-pointers and seven field goals, while also tallying five assists, four steals and one block against Westridge.
Rutherford and the Panthers will take on Intermountain Christian school on Friday at home at 7 p.m.
