SPRING GLEN- Richard Louis Kosec, age 76, passed away peacefully May 30, 2015 in Price.
He was born May 20, 1939 in Price, Utah to Louis and Annie Skerl Kosec.
Richard was known as a professional student who attended Carbon College, Weber State, University of Utah and the University of Washington. Graduating with a Master’s Degree in Bio Chemistry. Richard was a longtime resident of Carbon County and a proud member of the SNPJ Lodge #689.
He is survived by his wife, Vicky; brother, Paul; and his son Adam; father-in-law, Merrell Miller; brother and sister- in- law, Keith and Lealeth Miller; uncle and aunt, John and Gloria Skerl; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents; aunts and uncles.
A memorial graveside will be held at the Mt. View Cemetery in Helper at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Richard online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
