PRICE-Walter Earl Kirkwood, age 65, passed away suddenly May 26, 2015 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.
He was born September 7, 1949 in Payson to Earl Pete and Marjorie Jane Nelson Kirkwood.
Married Debbie Hight, August 13, 1998 in Delta, Colorado.
Earl was a longtime resident of Carbon County who honorably served 3 tours in the US Army during Vietnam. He was a dedicated coal miner who worked in various coal mines in Utah and Colorado. Earl loved being outdoors, especially snow-mobiling, riding four-wheelers and fishing at Taylor Lake in Colorado.
Survived by his wife, Debbie Kirkwood, Price; children, Erni Jo (Jim) Jones, Price, Samantha Lowder, Price, Joseph (Soleil) Melo, Wellington, Pete Kirkwood, Helper; sister, Earlene Warren, Helper; 8 grandchildren; special nieces, Desery (Larry) Martinez and Samantha Ivie,
Preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Guy and Charlie Kirkwood; and his sister Sharon (Deke) Hreinson.
