Claudia H. Matekovic

By Sun Advocate

Claudia H. Matekovic was reunited with the love of her life, Bill Matekovic on April 1, 2015. She was born in Orangeville on May 19th, 1934 to Rueben an Ellen Hawks. Claudia’s life passions involved polka dancing, cooking, baking, hunting, fishing and camping with her family. She retired after many years as a professional secretary accountant and enjoyed being “Grandma The Great”. Grandma, we will all sit down tonight and watch a John Wayne movie with a Gin and Tonic to start, and a side of Cutty Sark to finish.
Bill and Terry were anxiously waiting Claudia’s arrival with fishing poles in hand.
Claudia was survived by her son Tracy L. Matekovic, daughter Marta E. Brady (and her favorite son-in-law Ricky Brady), Jayda A. Matekovic (her favorite daughter-in-law) Grandchildren Nichole, Kendra, Joshua, Bryce, Brittney, Tracy R. L, Traycee Rhiannon, Billie Jo, Candace M., Jenny Ellen and Great Grandkids, Kaylin, Emily, Steven, Addi, Harper, Landry, Kaylin, Bailey, Jerzy, Lily, Brooke, Micah, Hanford J., Talia, Izzy, Samual, Aidan, Jason, Austyn, Kamari and Brooklyn.
There will be no formal services, however, there will be a simultaneous celebration of life for both Terry and Claudia in Seratoga, Wyo. on May 23, 2015. In lieu of flowers, please donate to support the Terry Matekovic Memorial Fund by Reva Dann Duran Haskin.
