Senior Dillen Ward, pictured above, and the rest of the Carbon High boys golf team traveled to the Mountain Dell Golf Course at Parley’s Canyon, just outside of Salt Lake City, on Wednesday, Oct. 9 for the Class 3A boys State Golf Tournament which continues through Oct. 10. The Dinos clinched a Region 12 championship at the region meet held in Richfield on Sept. 25. Head coach Tom King said he believed that if the boys played to their potential and worked hard, they could end up with a top place finish.
