Lamont Arnold picks apricots in his yard in Price this past weekend. For many in eastern Utah now is the time that they harvest the fruits and vegetables that they have been growing all summer. As fall approaches, the harvest becomes greater and if there is a long “Indian summer” it can even provide more for the areas tables and neighbors in many cases.
