The mid-morning collision on Wednesday between a tractor-trailer and a dump truck resulted in the vehicles bursting into flames and one driver being trapped in the cab, according to an information officer with the Utah Highway Patrol. Savage Coal driver Arsenio Velasquez was apparently traveling southbound on SR-10 when Eph Henrie employee Darwin Hunt attempted to turn left off of SR-122, according to Trooper Todd Johnson from UHP’s Salt Lake headquarters.
