New ventures in Carbon County open their doors

Members of the Chamber of Commerce stand as Sutherland’s manager Wayne Clausing cuts the ribbon to open their new store at the east end of Price on Highway 55. Sutherlands carries a complete line of building materials, tools, garden supplies and appliances.
The Carbon Family Resource Center opened this last month as Moira Prichard cuts the ribbon to open the facility. The center is open to everyone and has a free lending library which includes books, toys and videos.
The Castleview Dialysis Center opened its doors recently as Jeff Manley and the operations manager Linda Deeter stand with a group of chamber members. A satellite operation of the University of Utah’s dialysis program, the center will offer services to those who live in the Castle Valley area.
