Editor:
I was shocked to hear the word that the Carbon School Board and the superintendent were considering closing the Helper Jr. High School. No way should that happen. There are many items in the budget that can be cut to shave money.
No way should Helper be destroyed. The school is important to all of northwest area of the county and school system.
I say no to closing the school.
