Shannon Thompson and Moira Prichard point to new “No Smoking” signs that have been posted at all area schools. The new notices let students, parents and others know that there is no smoking allowed anywhere on school property. This includes those areas around schools and within vehicles on the property. The signs are in accordance with the Utah Clean Air Act and Carbon School District policy.
