A special thank you to the staff of Emery County Care and Rehab Center and all his good friends. We loved our cowboy “C.R.” and know he thought the following: “Won’t Have a Funeral,” Don’t expect an invitation to my funeral. There will be no funeral, there will be no ceremony, no flowers, no caterwauling of hymns, no holy Henry delivering a mealy-mouthed eulogy, all this I’ve settled. And I’m to be cremated.
