A tree adorned with symbolic yellow ribbons marks the yard of one of the members of the local Utah National Guard unit returning to Carbon County from Iraq on Sunday. A welcome home parade is planned for the troops on Saturday. The parade will start at 11 a.m. in Price Canyon and wind along Main Street in Helper. The procession will travel along Price’s Main Streets and continue on to the armory. All veterans of the Iraq War are encouraged to be in the parade, which officials hope will be greeted with thousands of yellow ribbons and flags flying high along the route.
