Each spring Carbon and Emery county realtors gather to recognize members of their association for outstanding achievements. The 2004 banquet was held at the country club last Friday evening. Mike Metzger of Bridge Realty was presented the Realtor of the Year award. This award is given to the realtor who is recognized for professional accomplishments and personal achievement in the real estate profession. He was also honored as the top listing and top closing agent.
Toni Johnson, also of Bridge was awarded the top producer award, while Stepahie Larsen, Bridge Realty, was recognized as Rookie of the Year and Janet Roberts, Trails End was honored as top property management. Gold Medallion, Medallion, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were all offered.
Guest speaker included Butch Dailey, president of the Utah Association of Realtors. He presented several legal and legislative updates. I addition he talked about the importance of setting goals.
