Steve and Joan Burke of Ferron announce the marriage of their daughter, Barbara Ann Burke, to John Dalton Beck, the son of Wendell and Julie Beck of Mesa, Ariz.
They will be married May 1 in the Manti LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Museum of the San Rafael in Castle Dale.
Barbara is a graduate of Emery High School and Snow College. John is a graduate of Mountain View High School in Mesa, Ariz., and served in the Portugal-Lisbon north mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The couple will make their home in Provo, where they will continue their educations at Brigham Young University
