New car dealers donate money to fund Utah Highway Patrol’s drunk driving blitz

Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Marshall discusses the law enforcement agency’s statewide drunk driving blitz with Danny Mower from Community Motors and Chris Nelson from Murdock Mountain View.
The Utah Automobile Dealers Association recently donated $10,000 to the UHP to help fund the holiday traffic safety campaign.
The organization represents 150 franchised new car dealers conducting business at locations across the state, including Community Motors and Murdock Mountain View in the Carbon County area
The donation to the drunk driving blitz brings the total amount contributed to traffic safety program by the new car dealers in the state to $25,000 for 2003.
