The Carbon County Commission gave an award to building and zoning director Dave Levanger on Wednesday evening for his outstanding work with the county over the 20 plus years he has been an employee. Levanger often spearheads many of the projects in the county that have to do with land use, water rights and road access. Commission Chair Steven Burge read a long list of accomplishments that Levanger has been involved in, including a number of things done at the national level.
