Cars were splashing through the water near West Park in Price on Sunday afternoon as the road became flooded by the large amounts of rain that came down during a thunderstorm that dumped eight tenths of an inch of water on Carbon’s county seat. Other areas of the county got varying amounts of water from Helper getting just a little sprinkle to Wellington reportedly getting no rain at all. The forecast for this week is for more possible afternoon thundershowers, hopefully with some similar results in terms of moisture.
