Inez Gigliotti
PRICE – Inez Thomas Gigliotti, age 82, passed away June 16, 2003 in Price with her daughter and husband at her side.
Born to Louis and Esther “Essie” Kimber Thomas Oct. 14, 1920 in Winter Quarters. She later grew up and attended school in Scofield.
Inez was the loving wife of 62 years to Franklin W. Gigliotti, known for years by many as “Pee-Wee and Jiggs.”
She was a wonderful and loving mother who shared her talents as an artist and oil painter with Notre Dame school and church for over 20 years.
She did artwork for the museum and brought color to the old black and white photos from the ’20s and ’30s for part of her life.
She loved and enjoyed her work, but unequal to the love she had for her children.
Inez made many friends at Parkdale and was known as their “little sweetheart.”
We will miss her very much, yet she will live on through our eyes in her works of art that she shared with everyone.
Survived by husband, Frank Gigliotti, Price; daughter, Deborah (Robert) Barney, Wellington; son, William Gigliotti, Roundup, Mont.; grandson, Derik Gigliotte, Las Vegas, Nev.; sisters-in-law, Della Pagliaro, Salt Lake City; Emma Battliotti, Ogden; and many loving nieces and nephews.Preceded in death by parents; sister, Dorothy Virden; and brothers, William and Louis Thomas.
Funeral service Friday, June 20, 1 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitch-ell’s Friday one hour prior to services. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price.
Ginny Bawden
PRICE/MESA, Ariz. – Ginny Lee Neeley passed away Monday, June 16, 2003 in Mesa, Ariz
Farewell to our beautiful wife, mother, nana, daughter, sister and friend.
Ginny was born in Cedar City on Oct. 19, 1954 to Donald E. and Colleen Perkins Neeley. She married Reece Bawden March 22, 1975 in the Manti LDS Temple.
Ginny graduated from Carbon High School and the College of Eastern Utah. She was Miss Carbon County in 1974.
Ginny devoted her life to her family and her faith. She set a great example of strength, courage and charity. Her love of sports, music and singing enriched all of our lives. Her neverending, dimpled smile brightened all of our days.
Till we meet again.
Ginny is survived by her husband, Reece of Mesa, Ariz.; her mother, Colleen of Price; eight adoring children, Erickson (Melissa) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Tamra (Kristian) Hill, Janae (Scott) Woffinden, Amber (Mike) Brinson, Kelly, Shana, Camie and Derek, all of Mesa, Ariz.; seven adorable grandchildren; sisters, Terri (Foster) Lott and Kaye (Douglas) Rasmussen, Price; and brother, Bruce (Peggy) Neeley, Pittsburg, Pa. She was preceded in death by father, Donald; and two uncles, Dayle and Kenneth Perkins.
Funeral service will be Saturday, June 21, 9 a.m., at the Citrus Heights LDS Stake Center, 2549 N. 32nd Street, Mesa, Ariz. Visitation will be Friday night from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bunker Mortuary, 33 N. Centennial Way, and one hour prior to service at the stake center.

Edward Tomsic
MOAB- Edward L. Tomsic was born June 21, 1923 in Tioga, Colo., and died June 15, 2003 at his home in Moab.
Ed is remembered with a smile by everyone whose path he crossed. He never knew a stranger. He was a wonderful husband, a great dad and grandpa, a true friend, an ever-ready fishing buddy, an eternal optimist, the epitome of unconditional love and the ultimate dreamer.
He was a decorated veteran of World War II. His war experience taught him many of life’s lessons which he passed on to his children.
He was a successful businessman and community leader in Moab for over 49 years.
Ed was the world’s greatest storyteller.
His passing is celebrated and mourned by his wife, Marjorie R. Tomsic; children, Vickie L. Morrison (Terry), Phoenix, Ariz.; Peggy A. Tomsic (Lucinda), Salt Lake; Susan Samples (Kevin), Lakeview, Ore.; Edward K. Tomsic, Moab; and Steven F. Tomsic (Kim), Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Jennyfer L. Lydon, Aspen M. Nolan, Joshua D. Samples, Collin J. Samples, Julia Noelle Tomsic and Cayman Tomsic; and great-grandchildren, Taylor Blanton, Carson Lydon and Barett Nolan.
Memorial services Thursday, June 19, 11 a.m., at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Moab.

Josephine Jepperson
PRICE – Josephine Jones Jepperson, age 85, returned to her Maker and was reunited with her husband, the love of her life, Richard, on June 12, 2003.
She was born Sept. 5, 1917 in Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Thomas Henry and Ellen Bluth Jones. Married Richard Parley Jepperson Aug. 23, 1940. He later died.
This remarkable woman never spoke a negative word about anyone and touched many lives with her unconditional love.
Her memory will always remain in the hearts and souls of her children, Dianne (Dean) Gundlach, Payson, Ariz.; Mark (Priscilla) Jepperson, Tucson, Ariz.; grandchildren, Ellen and Sam Jepperson, Kyle and Taylor Gundlach, who were cherished and showered with her love. Her sisters, Elma Anderson of Provo and Merrilyn Jones of Tucson, Ariz., and brothers, Ossmen Jones of Mexico, Merriner Jones of Mexico, Halvan Jones of Tucson, Ariz., and Ron Jones of Mexico were also the recipients of Josephine’s love. Josephine was also reunited with her brothers, Marvin Jones, Max Jones and Lawrence Jones.

The celebration of her life will be Monday, June 23, at East Lawn Funeral Home, Tucson, Ariz. There will be a private viewing for family at 8:30 a.m., followed by a joyous remembrance of her life at 9 a.m. Interment, East Lawn Palms Cemetery.
