Crews have begun work on Zions Bank near the post office in Price. Above, concrete is being poured into forms for new foundations.

Zions Bank began a major remodeling project earlier this month as it expands its Price branch office, located at 45 S. Carbon Ave.
Scheduled for completion by early June, the construction project makes drive-up banking more convenient for clients. Two additional drive-up teller lanes will be added to the current two lanes, and a new drive-up ATM and night deposit will be installed. In addition, the rear two-thirds of the current building will be remodeled for convenient access to parking and the creation of two new tenant spaces.
The branch has extended lobby hours Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., due to the temporary closure of drive-up lanes through the construction’s completion. Service is also available at the East Price the Drive-up Office, located at 625 E. 100 N., Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customers may call (435) 637-2604 for more information.
“We look forward to better serving the community with the added convenience of a remodeled office building,” said Erroll Holt, manager of Zions Bank’s Price branch.
To celebrate the branch’s grand “re-opening,” Zions Bank will host a Customer Appreciation Day at the beginning of June (date and time to be announced in mid-May).
The remodel project’s designer and contractor is Richardson Van Leeuwen Construction Co. of Salt Lake City.
Zions Bank is Utah’s oldest financial institution, and is the only local bank with a statewide distribution of branches, operating 124 full-service branches throughout Utah.
