Travelers returning from Moab and points south mob a local service station. In addition to gas stops, fast food outlets in Carbon County overflowed with travelers on Sunday as the Easter vacationers trekked back to the Wasatch Front from a long holiday weekend. At a station in Wellington, vehicles pulled into the gasoline pumps by the dozens.At several times, more than 40 cars and trucks per minute exited the highway. Some stations became so crowded people pull right back out to look for a different place. No fatal accidents were reported in the Carbon County area on Sunday despite the high traffic volume.
