Bob Dixon
EAST CARBON – Robert Ray Dixon, age 54, passed away Feb. 25, 2003 in Price.
Born Aug. 10, 1948 in Drager-ton to Amon Charles and Tressia Cattaneo Dixon.
Bob was a lifelong resident of East Carbon and a graduate of East Carbon High School. He also graduated from the College of Eastern Utah and later attended Westminster College. Served in the U.S. Army.
Bob had a great love for the outdoors and he especially enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by two brothers and one sister, Charles (Carol) Dixon, Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.; William (Carole) Dixon, Santa Rosa, Calif.; Sissy (Ken) Manzanares, East Carbon; special friend, Doris Starzel, East Carbon; many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and longtime friends.
Funeral service Friday, Feb. 28, 10 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be Mitchell’s Friday one hour prior to service. Interment, Valley View Cemetery, Sunnyside.
