Sunsets, such as this one viewed from near East Carbon, are showing up later and later into the evening as the days get longer. The unusually warm temperatures of January have given way to below normal temperatures so far in February. While the northern part of the state has been getting storms, eastern Utah has been fairly dry. However, forecasters say that in the next two weeks there may be as many as three “warm” storms coming through, hopefully supplying much needed moisture to the areas valleys and mountains.
