New mall, featuring prehistoric panels opens

Representatives and employees from the new Napa Auto Parts store were joined by chamber and city officials for the official grand opening of their new store Dec. 13. Included in the picture are Louie Craven, manager; Joe Piccolo, mayor; Buzz Jones, Napa sales manager; Nick Tatton, Tracy Thurgood, Nicole Steel, Richard Tatton, Elizabeth Kourianos, Brittany Greenhalgh, Deana Whalen, Cathy Olsen, Steve Radman, Bill Bowman, Nicole Robinson, Mark Ruggles, Larry Martinez, and Paul Perez.

Ground breaking ceremonies were held two weeks ago on two of the businesses in the new mall located on the corner of Airport Road and East Main. Napa Auto Parts and Cellular One opened their doors with ribbon cutting ceremonies by the local chamber of commerce.
The new mall also has an additional 7,000 square feet open to place new tenants who may want to lease space.
Owned by Rick Krompel the outside walls of the new mall consist of special fabricated Indian pictograph panels. Designed and constructed by RLK Construction the special tile panels are reminicent of the Nine Mile Canyon and San Rafael area petroglyphs and pictographs.
