It sounded like the race track at the Carbon County Fairgrounds was invaded by thousands of monster mosquitoes Saturday as more than 300 motocross racers ranging from ages 4 to 50 plus showed their stuff.
Price-based Finish Line Promotions sponsored the first round of the 2008 United States Racing Association MX Championship Points Series last Saturday and Sunday.
The dust was flying along with the motorcycles as everyone from tiny tots to the more seasoned riders tore around the course.
The series moves around the state through the fall and will make another stop in Price Sept. 6 and 7 when round seven returns.
