College of Eastern Utah cosmetology students displayed their individual tastes and creative abilities during the program’s annual competition on Tuesday. Participants were given a limited time to transform their models into the most festive and unique styles. Cosmetology students at the college learn skills both in the classroom and in the college’s beauty salon, which is operated in conjunction with the curriculum. Judges selected first second and third place winners and a handful of honorable mentions.
