I would like to acknowledge the great people of Carbon County for their awesome support of the Carbon High School volleyball team.
These girls have gone to the state tournament four years in a row, they took second place the first three years and this year, for the first time ever at Carbon High, they took the state championship. They are very deserving of first place. They are special girls, they play well together, they care about each other and are very dedicated on and off the court.
The team had the support of the police and fire department in leading the welcome home parade up Main Street to the high school. They also had support from school personal, the girls school mates, family and friends who were always there for them. They had super support from the businesses in donating to their fund raisers and advertising.
Carbon County is a wonderful place to live. Utah has the greatest snow on earth and Carbon County has the greatest people on earth.
