Veterinarian Boyd Thayn vaccinates a Siberian husky as the dog’s owner and all of Carbon County citizens prepare pets for licensing.
Every dog in the county must be licensed by Jan. 31 to ensure that the owner is not fined for neglecting the county license procedure.
In order for owners to acquire tags for canine pets, the dogs must be current on all vaccinations. Animal clinics have been conducted throughout the month to allow Carbon County residents to obtain the vaccines at discount costs.
Local citizens may also transport animals to the veterinarian clinics for vaccines for pets needing shots in order to receive the proper license.
