Members of the Chamber and community joined at Foxy’s Hair and Nail Den last Wednesday in Helper to celebrate Terri Fox’s new salon with a ribbon cutting.
Fox began doing a set of nails once a day after she got done with her full time job. The demand began to rise so Fox had the idea to open her own salon.
