The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce welcomed the opening of the South East Early Intervention Program Wednesday afternoon at 540 West Price River Drive in Price. Early Intervention is a home-based program providing services to assist families in promoting developmental skills for infants and toddlers who have, or at risk for, developmental delays. This and other Early Intervention programs are available state-wide through the Utah Department of Health.
