The Price City Council has renewed an agreement to allow USU Eastern students borrowing privileges with the Price Library. Many students are part-time residents and do not have a city library card.
USU Eastern Library Director Lori J. Brassaw said the agreement is renewed about every three years. She said, “It allows students who do not have Price residency to come down to the Price City Library and check out materials using their student I.D. card as long as they don’t owe us any money.” She said in the event an item is lost the USU Eastern library will take responsibility for replacement costs.
City Librarian Norma Procarione added, “It’s nice to have the kids from the college come in and it’s nice that we can actually meet some of their needs.”
