Aunt Sharon’s Daycare Ribbon Cutting

Over 40 friends, family and of course the kids came to show support of Aunt Sharon’s Daycare ribbon cutting. Sharon Miller of Helper is a State License Childcare Provider and has been in operation for over 18 years.
Sharon stated that she has logged over 680 hours of child development training hours, and has a bachelor degree in Psychology with a minor in family and child development. She further comment that she has earned 8 endorsements and completed a level 10 on the Office of Child Care Career Ladder.
She encourages play and feels it is an important learning experience in itself. The daycare includes a preschool and offers a range of developmentally appropriate learning opportunities created in accordance with the early childhood quality standards and the Utah early childhood core standards. These learning opportunities are offered in an enriching environment developed with purposeful learning as the goal.
