Ann Pierucci

By Sun Advocate

PRICE-Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, Ann Elizabeth Tidwell Pierucci, age 80, passed away peacefully March 8, 2017 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
She was born December 20, 1936 in Spring Canyon, Utah to Dennis and Vera Edney Tidwell. Ann married the love of her life, Armando Pierucci on July 3, 1953 in San Francisco, California and they shared sixty years of constant companionship prior to his passing on May 8, 2014.
Ann was a longtime resident of Carbon County where she attended local schools and graduated from Utah State University with her bachelors in Elementary Education. Ann shared a special love for teaching, children, and was the PTA president for many years. She loved working in and around her home and everything she needed was within the security of her yard. Ann loved working alongside her husband, tending to her flowers, gardening, and preparing a delicious salad from their garden. Ann and Armand spent every waking minute together.
Ann was always concerned for others and she greeted everyone with a great big smile and wanted to know how everyone was doing. She enjoyed rock hunting, gardening, working on puzzles and she was always ready for an occasional gambling trip. Her legacy will live on through the lives she touched. Rest in Peace Ann, you will be sorely missed by all.
Ann is survived by her children, Adam, Lisa and Dominic Pierucci, all of Lake Havasu, AZ; Clark (Gayle) Pierucci, Colorado, Scott (Cecilia) Pierucci, Wyoming; step-daughter, Sandy (Bob) Johnson, Colorado; grandchildren, Mathew, Jonathan (Katrina), Dakota (Nicki), Michael, Alisha (Alex), Anthony, Andrea, Hope, Eric (Michelle), Candy and Billy; and 12 great-grandchildren.
