Spectators at the Helper Electric Light Parade last Friday and Saturday showed a variety of ways to ward off frostbite, but sitting comfortably encased in a sleeping bag was probably the warmest. As always, crowds lined both sides of Main Street and vehicles jammed into parking spaces on side streets. Law enforcement officers from agencies across the county kept traffic moving smoothly.
