Susan Polster, the journalism professor at the College of Eastern Utah, has received the Utah Chapter of the American Federation of Teachers’ College Education of the Year Award. She joins a select group from CEU to ever receive the award. The others at the college who have garnered the honor include Don Burge, Neil Warren and Russell Wilson.
