Carbon County art enthusiasts including Helen Garr, John Barnett and Andy Barnett Jr. gathered at the CEU Prehistoric Museum art gallery last Friday night for a reception kicking off a local art exhibit featuring art and culture of Castle Country. The exhibit features more than 75 artists and will run through the end of the year. A variety of art styles is represented at the display which focuses on the theme passing down of art through the ages. A large group of attendees spent the evening looking at the exhibits as well as visiting with the local artists.
